All TsubaSign signatures comply with the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014), so they are valid and admissible as evidence throughout the European Union. The evidential weight depends on the verification level chosen: signatures with biometric KYC carry the most weight in litigation.
What is the difference between simple signature, OTP and biometric KYC?
A simple signature only records IP and browser data, with no legal validity. Email or SMS OTP verifies that the signer controls that account or phone and provides medium technical evidence. Biometric KYC validates the official ID document and liveness proof, and is the recommended level in regulated sectors.
Why is every signature recorded on a blockchain?
Each signature generates a unique hash recorded on a blockchain with a certified timestamp. This proves to a judge or auditor that the document has not been modified since it was signed, because any alteration would change the hash.
Is TsubaSign GDPR compliant?
Yes. TsubaSign processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and ISO standards, with end-to-end encryption and granular permission management. Biometric data is only processed with the signer explicit consent and solely to verify their identity.
